DB20 - Continuous Memory Code 332: Check EGR Valve Holds Vacuum

Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 332 indicates that sometime in last 80 warm-up cycles, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detected no EGR flow at part throttle.

Possible causes:
- Damaged or plugged vacuum line.

- EGR valve stuck closed.

- Damaged EGR Pressure Transducer (EPT).

- Damaged or plugged exhaust tube.

- Damaged EGR Temperature (EGRT) sensor.

- Damaged harness circuit.

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect vacuum hose at EGR valve.

- Connect a vacuum pump to the EGR valve.

- Slowly apply 34 kPa (10 in Hg) to the EGR valve.

- Does the EGR valve hold vacuum?

Yes -- Release vacuum. Go to DB21. DB21 - Check EGR Valve Operation

No -- Remove vacuum pump. Reconnect vacuum hose. Refer to Emission Control Systems.
