Check Power Circuit For Short To Ground

With ignition switch in OFF position, remove 10-amp METER fuse. Remove instrument panel. Measure resistance of Gray/Blue wire between right 10-amp METER fuse terminal and ground. If resistance is more than 10,000 ohms, go to PINPOINT TEST A4  . If resistance is less than 10,000 ohms, service Gray/Blue wire between interior fuse panel and instrument cluster.
