Ambient Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL






1. Remove the retaining screw and the A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket from the grille opening reinforcement.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect the electrical connector to the A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket.
2. Install the retaining screw to the A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket to the grille opening reinforcement.
3. Tighten the retaining screw to 7.6-10.4 Nm (68-92 in lb).
