Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.







3. Remove the seven splash shield bolts and remove the splash shield.







4. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor electrical connector.







5. Remove the two bolts and remove the camshaft position sensor (CMP sensor)







INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
