Low Pressure Test

  1. Apply brake pedal until pressure reading is 28-70 psi (2-5 kg/cm2 ). Vehicle and gauges MUST remain still to avoid producing incorrect readings. Pressure should remain constant for at least 5 minutes.
  2. If pressure drops considerably, check all rubber components in brake system for leakage. Test both brake circuits and record readings. Bleed brake system after completing test.
