THERMO Valve
The thermo valve in the EGR vacuum supply line is a switch that is sensitive to engine temperature. The thermo valve eliminates vacuum signal to the EGR valve during engine warm-up when less NOx is emitted. Less EGR helps maintain acceptable driveability. See Fig 1 .
