The clutch is a single disc type. The clutch cover assembly uses a diaphragm spring strap drive to engage the pressure plate. Some models use a hydraulically controlled clutch system and some use a mechanically-operated clutch release cable. The clutch pedal and a permanently lubricated release bearing complete the clutch system.
