Warranty Claim Submission Information

MANDATORY REPAIRS CLAIM SAMPLE:

Reimbursement for performing the repairs must be claimed by submitting a RECALL CLAIM (Claim type "C") through the Diamond Network Warranty System menu option "E- 5". DO NOT SUBMIT AS "W" CLAIMS.

Required Labor Operation: C9007LXX
NOTE: The "0" in the above labor code is the number ZERO.

Labor Time Allowance: 0.7 Hr.

MATERIALS AND SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED

* Spray Carburetor Cleaner.

* Fast Idle Release Driver. Along with this bulletin the special tool has been sent to California Dealers who have sold the affected vehicles. Dealers NOT located in California WILL NOT receive this special tool. This tool is similar in design to the tool sent with EMR-89-001 and can be used interchangeably.
