Automatic Stop Check
- Check automatic stop operation by connecting battery positive voltage to one terminal and negative voltage to another terminal. Disconnect battery positive terminal during operation to stop motor. See AUTOMATIC STOP TERMINAL NUMBERS table for terminals numbers and model application.
- Using a jumper wire, connect one terminal to another. Connect battery positive voltage to another terminal and battery negative voltage to wiper motor bracket. Ensure motor starts to run at low speed then stops. See JUMPER WIRE/BATTERY POSITIVE TERMINAL NUMBERS - FRONT WIPER table. SeeFigure .
