Fuel Injection Mixer: Disassembly
- Remove throttle position sensor. Remove hose from fuel pressure regulator and mixing body. Remove injector retainer adjusting screws to remove retainer and fuel pressure regulator.
- Remove pulsation damper cover from retainer and pull out spring with diaphragm. See Fig 1
. Gently extract injectors from mixing body and remove gaskets.
- Remove damper and throttle return springs with connector bracket. Remove ISC servo mounting bracket and ISC servo. Remove 2 screws from mixing body. Remove mixing body and seal ring from throttle body.
