EGR Valve
The EGR valve is controlled by carburetor ported vacuum in response to throttle valve opening. The VRV senses exhaust pressure to reduce the vacuum signal to the EGR during light throttle operation. The thermovalve allows EGR operation only after engine reaches normal operating temperature. See Fig 1 .
