Component Testing: Notes

Diagnosis of cruise control system can be accomplished by retrieving stored trouble codes or trouble shooting by symptom if no codes are stored. If cruise control system cancels without driver canceling system operation, go to SELF-DIAGNOSTIC CHECK  in TESTING in this article. If cruise control system cannot be set, go to INPUT CHECK  in TESTING in this article. If system is malfunctioning and no trouble codes are stored, go to DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM  in this article.
