Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

This sensor, mounted on fuel injection mixer, is a variable resistor which rotates with the injection mixer throttle shaft to determine throttle valve angle. Based on TPS output voltage, ECU computes throttle valve opening and adjusts fuel injection amount during acceleration/deceleration.
