Bleeding System

Loosen 2 check valve bolts approximately one turn. Check valve bolts are located on delay valve assembly. See Fig 1 . Follow brake bleeding sequence. See Fig 1 . It is normal for brake pedal to feel heavier when bleeding rear brakes as compared to front brakes, this is due to a restriction inside the delay valve. When all air is bled from system, tighten check valve bolts to 15-18 ft. lbs. (20-24 N.m).
