Electronic Ignition System: Notes

The ignition system consists of a distributor containing a crank-angle sensor, rotor plate, Light Emitting Diode (LED), photo diode and the wave forming circuit, an ignition coil equipped with a power transistor and ECU. The crank-angle signal and reference signal detected by crank-angle sensor are sent to ECU.
