Power Window Switch

Remove control switch from trim panel. Using ohmmeter, check continuity of switch. See appropriate WINDOW SWITCH CONTINUITY TABLE. See Fig 2 -Fig 4 . Replace appropriate switch as necessary if switch continuity is not as specified.

MAIN WINDOW SWITCH CONTINUITY (EXPO LRV)

Switch Position (1) Check Continuity Between Pins No.
Normal Position
Left Front OFF 1, 2 & 9
Left Front UP 1 & 9; 2 & 6
Left Front DOWN 1 & 6; 2 & 9
Right Front OFF 5, 8 & 9
Right Front UP 5 & 6; 8 & 9
Right Front DOWN 5 & 9; 6 & 8
Lock Position
Left Front OFF 1, 2 & 9
Left Front UP 1 & 9; 2 & 6
Left Front DOWN 1 & 6; 2 & 9
Right Front OFF 5 & 8
Right Front UP 5 & 6
Right Front DOWN 6 & 8
(1) Left side of vehicle refers to driver's side.

Left Rear DOWN 5 & 11; 12 & 13
Right Front OFF 2, 5 & 9
Right Rear OFF 5, 7 & 10
Right Front UP 2 & 5; 9 & 13
Right Rear UP 5 & 7; 10 & 13
Right Front DOWN 2 & 13; 5 & 9
Right Rear DOWN 5 & 10; 7 & 13
Lock Position
Left Front OFF 1, 5 & 8
