Diamante (W/Traction Control)

  1. Disconnect TP sensor connector. Install Test Harness (MB991348 ) between TP sensor and harness connector. Turn ignition on. Using external voltmeter, measure TP sensor output voltage between terminals No. 2 and 4. See Figure . If voltage is not .58-.69 volt, go to next step.
  2. Remove throttle body. Loosen TP sensor mounting bolts. Rotate TP sensor clockwise to increase output voltage or counterclockwise to decrease output voltage. Tighten TP sensor mounting bolts. Install throttle body. Ensure no trouble codes set during adjustment of TP sensor.
