Test 4A - Cartridge Error

- Without touching scan tool keypad, disconnect and reconnect scan tool. If scan tool does not display CARTRIDGE ERROR, go to next step. If scan tool displays CARTRIDGE ERROR, replace scan tool cartridge. Return to TEST 1A.
- If scan tool displays KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, replace scan tool. If scan tool does not display KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, return to TEST 1A.
