Test VER-1 - Verification Procedure

- Reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors. If neither battery nor Body Control Module (BCM) have been disconnected, and no work has been done on Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) system, ensure ignition is on and go to step 3). If battery or BCM have been disconnected, or if any work has been done on Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) system, go to next step.
- DO NOT move vehicle in following step. Start engine. Using scan tool, calibrate ATC doors. Go to next step.
- Using scan tool, erase DTCs. Turn ignition off and wait 5 seconds. Fully operate system that was malfunctioning by turning switch on, opening door, etc. If system operates properly, go to next step. If system does not operate properly, return to TEST 1A.
- Using scan tool, read BCM DTCs. If any DTCs are present, return to TEST 1B . If no DTCs are present, repair is complete.
