Test TC-52B - Cruise Control Power Relay Circuit

NOTE:
Perform TEST TC-52A
before proceeding with this test. After each repair, perform TEST VER-4A
.
- Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on both sides of fuse No. 14 connector. See Figure . If both sides are more than 10 volts, repair open Dark Blue/White wire to ignition switch.
- If both sides are less than 10 volts, repair open Dark Blue wire to fuse No. 14. If both sides are not less than 10 volts, using scan tool in ohmmeter mode, check resistance of cruise control relay connector terminal No. 20 (Yellow/Red wire). If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair short to ground in Yellow/Red wire and replace fuse No. 14. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, replace cruise control relay.
