DTC 139 - High Speed Radiator Fan Control Relay Circuit

NOTE: For component terminal identification, see TERMINAL IDENTIFICATION  in this article. For wiring diagrams, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  section.
  1. Disconnect PCM connector. Turn ignition on. Check voltage between PCM connector terminal No. 69 (Green/Orange wire) and ground. If battery voltage exists, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, check radiator fan relay circuit.
  2. Turn ignition off. Connect jumper wire between PCM connector terminal No. 69 (Green/Orange wire) and ground. Turn ignition on. If radiator fan runs, check PCM connector. If PCM connector is okay, replace PCM. If radiator fan does not run, check radiator fan relay circuit.
