- Ensure fuel tank and purge lines are properly sealed. If fuel tank and purge lines are okay, go to next step.
- Check EVAP solenoid operation. See DTC 18 - EVAPORATIVE (EVAP) SOLENOID CIRCUIT FAILURE . If EVAP solenoid is okay, replace PCM.
