Test 5A - Key Pad Test Failure

Without touching scan tool keypad, disconnect and reconnect scan tool. If scan tool does not display KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, return to TEST 1A . If scan tool displays KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, replace scan tool.
