Check power window sub-switch. See POWER WINDOW SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. Replace as necessary. If power window sub-switch is okay, check connectors and circuit between power window relay and power window sub-switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair if necessary.
