Relieving Fuel Pressure

- On all models except Montero, remove rear seat cushion, remove protector cover and disconnect fuel pump module harness connector. On Montero, fold down second seat, remove upper and lower service covers and disconnect fuel pump module harness connector.
- Start engine. Let engine run until it stops. Turn ignition off. Reconnect fuel pump module harness connector. Install protector cover and seat cushion.
