DTC Set Criteria

Intake air temperature is more than 14°F (-10°C). Barometric pressure is more than 11 psi (76 kPa). Engine coolant temperature is more than 86°F (30°C). Driving and stopping are repeated 10 times or more. Driving is when, for at least 4 seconds (2.4L) or 2 seconds (3.0L), engine speed is 2500 RPM or more, volumetric efficiency is 55 percent or more, and vehicle speed is more than 3 MPH. Stopping is when engine vehicle speed decreases to less than one MPH. Code will set when power steering pressure switch stays on continuously.
