Test No. 7: Scan Tool Diagnostic Result Is Normal; Cruise Control Cannot Be Set

  1. Disconnect cruise control ECU harness connector. Check voltage between ground and cruise control ECU harness side connector terminal No. 16 (Blue/Green wire). If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, go to step  3 .
  2. Check cruise control ECU harness connector. Repair as necessary. If connector is okay, replace cruise control ECU.
  3. Check harness connector to body harness junction block between power supply, fusible links and cruise control ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair as necessary. If connectors are okay, check circuit between cruise control ECU and power supply. Repair as necessary.
