DTC Set Criteria

ECT sensor output voltage increased from less than 1.6 volts to more than 1.6 volts. Code will set when ECT sensor output voltage stays greater than 1.6 volts for 5 minutes.
Code will set if engine coolant temperature does not increase to at least 45°F (7°C) within 1-5 minutes after engine starts. PCM will not count time when Volume Airflow (VAF) sensor average output frequency is 70 Hz or less or fuel is shut off.
