DTC Set Criteria

Engine coolant temperature was 45°F (7°C) or more immediately before engine was shut off on last drive and when engine was started on current drive. Code will set if engine coolant temperature does not change more than 1.8°F (1°C) during first 5 minutes after engine is started. Time is not counted if intake air temperature is 140°F (60°C) or more, VAF sensor output frequency is 70 Hz or less orfuel is being shut off. Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module (ECM/PCM) runs monitor only once during drive cycle.
