DTC Set Criteria

Engine coolant temperature is 180°F (82°C) or more. The front Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) is operating. The Barometric pressure is 11 PSI (76 kPa) or more. Battery voltage is 11-16 volts. Code will set if output voltage of rear Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) was is 400 millivolts or more, and takes one second or more to change from 100 millivolts to 150 millivolts, after fuel is shut off. Code will also set if voltage of rear HO2S is 150 millivolts or more, and takes three seconds or more for the output voltage to fall from 150 millivolts, after fuel is shut off.
