Circuit Operation

The EGR solenoid power is supplied from the MFI relay (terminal 4).
The ECM (M/T) or PCM (A/T) controls the EGR solenoid ground by turning the power transistor in the ECM (M/T) or PCM (A/T) "ON" and "OFF".
