DTC Set Conditions
Check conditions are when coolant temperature decreases from more than 104°F (40°C) to less than 104°F (40°C). Then engine coolant temperature has continued to be 104°F (40°C) or less for 5 minutes. Judgement criteria is when about 60-300 seconds have passed for the engine coolant temperature to rise about 45°F (70°C) after starting sequence was completed. However, time is not counted when fuel is shut off.
