Possible Causes

Malfunction is detected when:

A high voltage from MAF sensor is sent to ECM under light load driving condition.
A low voltage from MAF sensor is sent to ECM under heavy load driving condition.

Possible causes are:

MAF sensor circuit open or shorted.
Defective MAF sensor.
Intake air leaks (malfunction "B" only).
