Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

Engine is running (1X CMP reference pulses are being received).
CMP sensor signal is not detected at correct interval for all 6 cylinders.
Above condition fails for 100 occurrences within 200 test samples.
