DTC Set Conditions
- Engine coolant temperature is less than about 212°F (100°C) when the engine is started.
- Intake air temperature is less than 140°F (60°C) when the engine is started.
- Vehicle is operating under the closed loop air/fuel ratio control.
- Engine coolant temperature is more than 171°F (77°C).
- Volume Air Flow (VAF) sensor output frequency is 88 Hz or more.
Judgement criteria is when long-term fuel trim has continued to be more than 12.5 percent for 5 seconds or short-term fuel trim has continued to be more than +10.0 percent for 5 seconds.
