Selector lever to"P" position.
Turn the ignition key to "LOCK" (OFF) position.
Install the shift lock cable unit rod to the selector lever assembly lock cam, and tighten the shift lock cable unit installation bolt to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 5.0 +/- 1.0 N.m (44 +/- 9 in-lb)

Check the selector lever operation. (Refer to SELECTOR LEVER OPERATION CHECK )
