• When Monitored: 

  When the scan tool queries the FCM  .

• Set Condition: 

  The scan tool has detected a shorted low condition on the (D52) CAN C Diagnostic (+) circuit  .

Possible Causes 

(D52) CAN C DIAGNOSTIC (+) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
