ETV Relearn Procedure

ETV RELEARN PROCEDURE

1. Start the engine and let it warm up. Use the Data List under MFI on the MUT-III to confirm the engine coolant temperature exceeds 85°C(185°F). The A/C switch should be OFF for this procedure.

2. Turn off the ignition switch and disconnect the MUT-III.

3. Repeat the following steps 3 times:

^ Start the engine.

^ Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and wait at least 10 seconds.

^ Restart the engine.

^ After the third start leave the engine running and allow it to idle for a minimum of 15 minutes

4. Allow the vehicle to idle for a minimum of 15 minutes.

The ETV Relearn Procedure is complete.
