When the liftgate lock release handle is operated to open the liftgate (the liftgate lock release handle switch turns ON) while the vehicle is parked and the liftgate is unlocked, ETACS-ECU turns the unlock relay output ON for 0.3 seconds, thus the liftgate can be opened by the liftgate lock release handle.
