>> A << Generator Assembly Installation
CAUTION:
- When installing the generator assembly, loosen the bracket mounting bolts and temporarily install the generator assembly to the bracket, and then tighten the bolts.
- Do not remove the bracket mounting bolts from the bracket. Only loosen the bolts.
- Loosen the bracket mounting bolts to free the bracket.
- Temporarily install the generator assembly to the bracket.
- Tighten the bracket mounting bolts and generator mounting nut and bolt to the specified torque in the order shown in the illustration.
Tightening torque
Bracket mounting bolt (1): 26 ± 3 N.m (19 ± 2 ft-lb)
Bracket mounting bolts (2, 3): 44 ± 8 N.m (32 ± 5 ft-lb)
Generator mounting nut and bolt (4, 5): 44 ± 10 N.m (32 ± 7 ft-lb)
