Data List (Monitor Item)

In this monitor item, the helpful items are set in order to comprehend the EV-ECU control situation. However, the values vary widely according to the minor differences of the measurement condition, the environmental differences, vehicle aging, or other factors, and offering the precise normal value is difficult. Therefore, only the check conditions, the display range, and the numerical change shall be listed.

NOTE: VP: Indicates the brake vacuum pressure system.

90 Operation mode Displays the EV-ECU control mode (1 to 6).
  1. Electric motor switch OFF mode (immediately before the power supply OFF)
  2. Reset mode (at the power supply ON)
  3. High voltage start mode (during the transition from reset mode to driving mode or charging mode)
  4. Driving mode (Ready indicator is lit)
  5. High voltage complete mode (Ready indicator is lit or charging light is OFF)
  6. Charging mode (charging light is lit)
- Displays the present control mode.
126 Motor speed Displays the motor (electric motor unit) speed. - -10, 000 to 10, 000 r/min
182 Quick charging function result flag Carries out quick charging for 30 seconds. - Displays ON when quick charging function is normal, and displays OFF when abnormal.
183 On board charging function result flag Carries out on board charging for 30 seconds. - Displays ON when on board charging function is normal, and displays OFF when abnormal.
201 Battery total voltage Displays total voltage of the traction/main drive lithium-ion battery. - 0 V - 430 V
202 Condenser voltage Displays the voltage of smooth condenser in the EMCU. - 0 V - 420 V
203 Shift position (for control) Displays the selector lever position (1 to 6).

- Displays the present selector lever position.
250 VP: Vacuum sensor value Displays the output voltage of brake booster vacuum sensor. When the brake electric vacuum pump is stopped 0.2 V - 1.7 V
When the vacuum is applied The vacuum value decreases as the degree of vacuum increases.
