- Assemble the thermostat housing and water pipe
- Install the thermostat housing gasket.
- Install a new water pipe gasket so that the tab is positioned as shown in the illustration.
- Temporarily tighten them to the cylinder head and water pump. Then tighten them to the specified torque.
Specified torque: 24 ± 3 N.m (18 ± 1 ft-lb)
