- The steering wheel sensor (column switch assembly) may be defective
- The steering wheel sensor has not learned the neutral point of the steering wheel.
- The camera-ECU may be defective
- The wiring harness or connectors may have loose, corroded, or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector
