Removal And Installation: Notes
WARNING:
- Never attempt to disassemble or repair the occupant classification sensor. If faulty, replace it.
- Do not drop or subject the occupant classification sensor to impact or vibration. Replace the occupant classification sensor, if dents, cracking, deformation, or rust are present.
CAUTION:
- Always replace the front seat assembly together with the occupant classification-ECU.
Pre-removal Operation
- Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
