DTC C1538: Detection Of The Steering Neutral Position Deviation: Function

Based on the steering angle information the EPS-ECU receives when the ignition switch is in the ON position, the EPS-ECU learns the neutral position of the steering wheel and performs the control to improve the steering wheel return.
