Installation - Power Distribution Z-Case Fuse Array

- Position the Z-case fuse array to the Power Distribution Center (PDC).
- Press the Z-case down into position until the tabs (3) snap around the outer edges of the array indicating the array is firmly seated.
- Install and securely tighten the fastener (1) that secures the fuse array to the PDC case.
- Connect all power feeds to their proper locations.
- Secure the feeds to their posts (2) and securely tighten the fasteners.
- Install the PDC cover into proper position on the PDC assembly.
- Install the positive (B+) Power from the battery before touching the metal fasteners on the Z case fuses.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
