Pressure Sensor Installation

  1. Replace the pressure sensor (1) with pre-applied sealant to the threads.
  2. Tighten the pressure sensor (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Connect the pressure sensor wire harness connector.
  4. Check and adjust the Rear Drive Unit (RDU) hydraulic fluid level and bleed hydraulic system. Refer to FLUID, DIFFERENTIAL, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
    CAUTION:

    Do not mix hydraulic fluid and the RDM lubricant. Use only recommended fluid to prevent damage to Rear Driveline Module components. Fluid must meet material specification MS-2155.
