KOS & OSS-ECU stores DTC B1160 when the key code is not written.
KOS & OSS-ECU stores DTC U1199 when no VIN is recorded in it.
NOTE:
When KOS & OSS-ECU is new, DTC B1160 and U1199 are set simultaneously.
