»A« DYNAMIC DAMPER/DAMPER BAND INSTALLATION <Vehicles with dynamic damper>
CAUTION:
There should be no grease adhered to the rubber part of the dynamic damper.
- Install the dynamic damper in the position (A) shown in the figure.
Standard value (dimension):
225 ± 3 mm (8. 9 ± 0. 1 inch) <LH>
251 ± 3 mm (9. 9 ± 0. 1 inch) <FWD-RH>
312 ± 3 mm (12. 3 ± 0. 1 inch) <AWD-RH>
- Secure the damper band.
- Wrap plastic tape around the shaft spline, and then install the inboard joint boot band (small) and inboard joint boot.
