Component Inspection

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect mass air flow sensor harness connector and reconnect it again.
3. Turn ignition switch ON.
4. Select "DATA MONITOR" mode with M.U.T.-III SE.
5. Check that "INT/A TEMP SE" indicates as per following condition.

   Monitor item	Condition Value		Values
   INT/A TEMP SE	Temperature [°C (°F)]	25 (77)	20 - 30°C (68 - 86°F)
   		80 (176)	75 - 85°C (167 - 185°F)

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES >>

INSPECTION END

NO >>

Replace mass air flow sensor (with intake air temperature sensor). Refer to EXPLODED VIEW .
